Orkney Citzens Advice Bureau is a free service, operating across the Orkney Isles, with a focus on individual welfare rights advocacy of all people and families – including in Court Advice Service. The Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) provides a free accessible, confidential advocacy and support service to patients accessing NHS health care. They accept both self and professional referral and are primarily staffed by professionals.
